Delhi High Court Advocates for Reduction in Mandatory Attendance for Law Courses, Questions BCI's Guidelines

The Delhi High Court has supported reducing the mandatory 70% attendance requirement for law courses and requested the Bar Council of India (BCI) to review the issue.
