Haryana schools closed today in view of former CM Chautala's demise

Haryana schools are closed today, December 21, 2024, to mourn the demise of former Chief Minister Chaudhary Om Prakash Chautala. The state is observing a three-day mourning period from December 20-22, with flags at half-mast, canceled state functions, and no official entertainment. A public holiday was declared in schools and offices as a mark of respect.
