X pulls the plug on the Circles feature: All the details

X, formerly known as Twitter, has announced that it will be deprecating its Circles feature, which allowed users to limit their posts to a specific group of people. Starting from October 31st, 2023, users will no longer be able to create new posts or add people to their Circles. However, they will still have the option to remove people from their Circles by unfollowing them. X has not provided an official reason for this decision.
