GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, acquires Mobiveil, a specialized embedded engineering services firm, to expand capabilities in Embedded Software for key industries. The acquisition brings marquee client relationships and access to a skilled talent pool. GlobalLogic benefits from Mobiveil's embedded engineering Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in the US and India, enhancing competencies in embedded software, hardware, and ASIC technologies.
